In the fall of 1991, Steven founded Adguide Promotions, which later became Adguide Publications, Inc., the publisher of CollegeRecruiter.com, the highest traffic job board targeted to college students and and recent graduates.
Steven remains the President of Adguide and intimately involved with all strategic decisions. He is also primarily responsible for sales and marketing efforts, including the publication of CollegeRecruiter.com Newsletter, which is emailed to tens of thousands of job seekers, and CollegeRecruiter.com's affiliate program, through which it buys online advertising from thousands of other web sites.
Steven has been widely quoted by local, regional, national and international media and speaks at conferences and seminars related to online marketing, online recruitment and the recruitment of college students and recent graduates.
